- Through the ACTS retreat, ACTS Missions provides the spark that ignites Catholics worldwide with the true eternal flame of the Holy Spirit. As an instrument of God, ACTS is the light that will bring about the New Evangelization to the entire world by fostering love and true discipleship, leading others to a commitment and obedience to Our Lord Jesus Christ by our every word, action and thought.
All retreats take place at the Shrine of St.Therese in Juneau, Alaska.
WHAT IS ACTS?
(ACTS is an acronym signifying Adoration, Community, Theology and Service)
This is a Catholic retreat weekend led by laypeople like yourself. It ismeant tonourish you on your faith journey and ultimately enhancethe life of your parish.
The PURPOSE of the weekend is to inspire the retreatants to a new or deeper relationship with the Lord and fellow parishioners through:
Adoration and daily prayer.
Community in one's parish as a member of the Body of Christ.
Theology or the teachings of our Christian faith by encouraging more study of our faith and God's Word. Instilling a virtue that will call each of us to Service to our Lord, our parish and each other.

Our desire is to help the participants experience God's love and joy throughout the weekend, and return to their church community with a deeper love for each other and a desire to become more involved in their church community.
The cost is $150 for the weekend. A NON –REFUNDABLE $25 deposit will hold your place.
